Vintage Casual

Hey guys! Super excited to share with you this jacket I've been working on. First of all how cute are these patch work denim jackets coming back into style? My mom said she had one when she was about my age and now they're making a full cycle back! Since they're about $200 I decided to try to make my own! I went to Goodwill and found a Vintage Levi jacket for $6, and then went to Joann Fabrics/Francescas and got some $5 patches for a total of about $40, so a $48 jacket is much more reasonable while still staying trendy! I'm currently working on another one, a more fitted jacket, with some patches I ordered online through Etsy that I will share with you guys soon!! This outfit is so fun and easy to create with some DIY high wasted shorts and converse. This jacket was so easy to make all you need is an iron basically, so I urge you all to try it out! Stay tuned for the next one XO
