My First New York Fashion Week and NYC Travel Guide

LifestyleKrista BrummComment

I have been dreaming of going to New York Fashion Week since I can remember. I’ve never been to New York either, so when I was considering going to NYFW there was so many exciting things to look forward to. As a Minnesota native, I always have felt restricted from fashion statements I always wanted to try or things I wanted to wear, but being able to go to one of the most trendy and fashion forward cities I was so excited! I honestly never thought I would ever be able to make it here, so this weekend was a complete dream come true.

Here are some photos from the weekend and some recommendations at the bottom, enjoy!

This was my look for the first show. I tried to wear something comfortable and trendy, so I added this belt to a sweater dress. I also love the patterned tights to add something fun and different to a solid color outfit.
